Notes
6/16/18: Finally working on making a lager. A good ol' malty one. Updates to come!
6/23/18: Brew day for our first lager. Couldn't find Old Bavarian Lager yeast so settled for two packages of South German Lager. Likely will use remaining yeast after fermentation and racking into the keg to start developing a house lager strain over the next few batches of different lagers we brew.
