I copied this recipe and scaled it to 5 gallons. Also changed the hops dry hops to pellet to avoid clogs and messes.
This was originally supposed to be a SN Celebration clone but I have a better one. Re-Named it Ash Fall IPA because ashes were falling from the sky due to the CARR Fire in Redding (July - August 2018)
