Notes

Grain bill was based on what I had on hand. Would have preferred flaked barley/wheat/oats and some honey malt instead of the wheat vienna and carapils, but it's what I had.

Disregard the hops as listed. This was a 10 gallon batch. The 1 oz of warrior was added to the full batch first wort hops.

After boil, chilled to 160 and then added the following to each of the two 5 gallon batches:

His:
4 oz Citra
1 oz Mosaic
1 oz Eldorado

Hers:
3 oz El Dorado
2 oz Mosaic
1 oz Citra

These were whirlpooled for 20 minutes or so...

Then the dry hops were added a couple days before kegging with the exact same combinations and amounts.

Named because my wife isn't big on Citra, and I love it...

Pitched on top of yeast cake from a blonde ale that I made the week before intentionally as a starter. Racked the blonde over and used the slurry between two new buckets and poured the wort on top of it.
