Notes

The Galaxy single-hop NEIPA turned out pretty good, but a single hop wasn't enough. I'm attributing the brighter yellow color to the high percentage of oats (18.5%).

Ended with much lower efficiency than previous brew of the same recipe. Not sure why. Only intentional change to mash was more CaCl than previous (5g instead of 4g) and let it sit longer, but could have been a number of other factors relating to technique, length of mash etc.
