Steeping grains at 150f, 1.25 gal for 20 minutes yields 1 gal of wort
Start with 6 gallons of water add the 1 gal into
6 lbs pils/wheat dme at 60 mins
Fermented at 66f for 3 days, 69f thereafter, bump to 72 for 3 days to finish, cold crash then add gelatin for 3 days.
