The gravity/hop ratio (1.038 / 23IBU) is set to "slighty hoppy".
The yeast used has a neutral profile to ensure the full character of the malts and hops are prominent. Can be replaced by Fermentis US04 or whatever.
Warning: I brew with a Klarstein (Ace, brewmonk, etc.) machine, so I have dead space volume (under the basket) of 7.5L this is why the mash thickness is set at 4.25L/Kg.
Water needs :
Total mash water needed 33.7
Strike water volume at mash thickness of 4.25 L/kg 17
Remaining sparge water volume 16.7
Grain absorption losses -1.3
Mash Lauter Tun dead space -1
Amount going into kettle 31.4
Boil off losses -5.3
Hops absorption losses -0.1
Misc. losses -1
Amount going into fermentor 25
Total: 33.7
