So 10 left going into the boil. So sparge 20 litres for a 30 litre boil

So sparged = 19.6 litres

3:00 insert cooler, add 10g Citra, 10g LemonDrop, irish moss
3:05 add 10g Citra, 10g LemonDrop, add brewbrite

3:15 Flameout, add 16g Citra, 18g LemonDrop. Cooler on
Boil line void is 13.7cm, so 27.3 litres. at 100 deg.
