Let the yeast work til done. Move to secondary and put in mango, let it work for 3 to 5 more days. Cold Crash 2 days, put gelatin in and let it work for 2 days. Keg, crank it to about 28 to 30 lbs for a couple of days. Bleed off and set pressure to 8 - 10lbs. Enjoy!!!
