Notes
The steeping Wheat grain was actually an Oak Smoked Wheat which was not an available option. Also, the use of Wyeast 3711 was only due to the reuse of save yeast from a previous batch. I will update this recipe when I brew a real Kolsch later this year and use (and save) a proper Kolsch yeast.
