FORGOT THE OATS will add a little DME on day 2 or 3

this is a branch off of blake 1000 which was a branch off of conan the destroyer.

basically the grain bill is from a sip of sunshine clone. blake 1000 used 10oz centennial but for this i wanted all galaxy which has higher AA so this time we will use less hops and less additions. want to land around the same IBU ~120.

also usually i use conan/rva manchester yeast for this but i may use some wyeast london ale yeast? trying to build up a lot of yeast to brew a barleywine next time....
