Mint was not as prominent as I would have liked, although there is a cooling affect at the finish. Motueka hops provide a, extreme lime-citrus flavor. I would likely cut the dry hop down to 1 ounce. Pairs nicely with the spiciness of the Belle Saison strain. I would have liked a subtle sweetness. Maybe bitter with Bravo hops next time and dry hop with Motueka as well as an Amarillo or Citra.
