Notes

O.G. 1.059
Pre boil gravity 1.050
collected 11.5 gallons pre boil wort. collected 9.5 gallons total wort into fermentor. Had a major issue with stuck sparge. The false bottom came loose and would not allow me to run the beer clear, kept pulling grains and mash with it. eventually collected beer into a 5 gallon bucket then dumped into keg. lots of pre boil/hot side aeration, not sure if this will affect the beer. Wort was extra cloudy. chiled beer with new chiller down to 72 degrees and pitched a starter of WLP001
