Notes
A nice fruity DIPA, lots of tropical/pineapple notes
This 3rd batch I used Omega Hot Head yeast. Too much attenuation. Pitched at 80f and kept it insulated. Done in 5 days. A little hot/fusel when I dry hopped. Not a fan of this yeast.
