Target Water Profile
London (Porter, dark ales)
Notes
This porter is goofy hot, but draws you in with it's sweet heat goodness. Smoky notes from smoked cherry malt and chipotle peppers dance with cherry flavoring, and drench the palate with lava-like chocolate. Hops addition is quite low as the bitterness of the chilies will contribute to overall flavors. A mesmerizing marriage of London Porter sensibility with Yippie-ki-yay American Cowboy adventure.
