Single Malt Single Hop for the UK Smash Off 2018
(didn't like it so changed it)
Added a mini wort brew - changing it so it was more of an Old Ale
wort added - 5litres of - 1.115 OG (all malts and sugars except the Munich and used Southerns Cross and Liberty hops)
brew SG at this stage (19 May) - 1.031 - gave it a stir, hopefully the yeasties will get going again
on day later (20th May) - 1.016 and tastes amazing!! (this is going to be a fine beer)
