Notes

Brewed 6/23/2018. A sudden downpour of rain diluted the boil. So I ended up with 4.5 gallons of 4.8% beer. But it's very good.

The V.K. yeast was finished in about 2 days. I was going to top-crop it but never got a chance because it settled so fast. I transferred it to a carboy for a week, and then bottled. I wish I had bottled that extra half a gallon because I think it could have gone grain-to-glass in a week with bottle conditioning -- but much better at 2 weeks.
