Notes
Realised hops had higher AA than recipe calculations after adding 60 min edition. Reduced the 15 min and increased whirlpool hop additions to reduce the IBU.
Pre boil gravity was 1.045 with volume about 34 litres.
Post boil was only 1.048. indicating lower than expected boil off.
Final volume into fermenter was 27 litres, with 3 litres of trub left in the kettle.
