PH stabilizer used.
Caraaroma i used was not as dark the one used on this recipe. My post brew SRM was closer to 12/13, so i have added 75g of roasted barley to darken the colour and obtain the red hue.
not sure why effieciency was so low.

efficiency low as recirculating pump wasnt working so wort at side of mash tun wasn't being recirculated over the mash.
really nice beer. lovely toasty malt aroma, very tasty and smooth. Can tell its used US 05 yeast as it has a very clean flavour.
Next time either use UK/rish yeast for more rounded profile or keep with US05 and really up the ante with the late additions as little hop aroma showed on this with so many malts in it.
