Notes
the OG in this recipe does not match my target OG. I decided to do to lack of space in my kettle to brew at a higher gravity and then dilute to my target OG of 1.050. I ended up using 2 Gallons to go from 4.5gallons of wort to 6.5galllons.
I pitched the yeast just by sprinkling the packet right onto of the wort. Fermentation took off within 24 hours.
