Notes
This is an Oktoberfest Ale for those who don't have the ability to home brew true lagers. Malt and roasted flavors come through and are balanced European hops. The 2112 California Lager is unique as it retains lager characteristics in fermentations up to 65 degrees and is effective up to 68 degrees. 2565 Kolsch yeast provides character and clarity if you ferment above 68 degrees.
