Notes
Use UK Double Roasted Crystal (DRC -110°L; not in the database) instead of the UK Extra Dark Crystal.
Oxygenate again after 12 hrs. Brew a smaller beer as your yeast starter. Age in bourbon barrel (3 gallon, in my case) to taste, then bulk age another couple months before bottling/kegging.
