Notes
Pitched yeast at 61F, ramped heater up to 70F, on 4/7. OG is right about stated at 1.046 (showed 1.040 when 91F).
Brewjacket was unable to achieve desired temperatures and never climbed above 82F. Moved the primary into the guest room and cranked temp for a day, don't know exactly how warm the wort actually got.
After a few days in secondary, mold formed on surface. Tasted beer, it tastes very good though a little sweet. Took SG reading and it showed 1.022. Racked to bucket, gave it a stir, sealed the lid with an airlock, and put it in the guest room with the heat blasted.
