For Oranges:
- Obtain zest of 2 of the oranges
- Remove peels and discard
- Separate sections of the oranges
- In a separate pot heat oranges and zest in 1/2 gallons of water to 160 degrees F. Turn off heat and steep.
- Add this to fermenter before pitching yeast.
