-Heat 5 gallons strike H2O. Bring to a boil, remove from heat stir in 12 Lbs Pilsen Malt Syrup and 2lbs Pilsen DME.
-Return to boil when back to boil add 2oz. Brewers Gold.
-Add 2oz Hallertau @30.
-Add 6.5 D-180 Candi and 2oz Stygian Goldings @15.
- Cool Wort and Pitch yeast/Starter
- Fill primary Fermenter with 5 gallons of cool water.
-Pour Cooled Wort into fermenter. Leave sludge in kettle. Add more cool water to bring volume to 10 gallons

Made this three times now, pretty good. Think there’s something to make it much better, just do not have enough repetition to make it GREAT.
