Notes

A refeshing summer Ale that might mimic a kolsch or pilsner without lagering! It goes really well with rain and blooming flowers.

Ferment at 65 - 68 for 2 weeks. Rack to secondary for 2 - 3 weeks, northwest ale (1332) seems to benefit from a secondary fermentation or bottle conditioning. Or use your preferred Ale or Lager yeast.

Fermentation note: this yeast might blow out of your fermentor. Please take the necessary precautions.
