No apple juice concentrate listed for fermentable so I did this:
1 can of apple juice concentrate is listed as having 162g sucrose aka cane sugar aka table sugar
162g x 9 cans = 1458g of sucrose
1458g = 3.21lbs of sucrose
This gave me a nice ~50/50 mix of concentrate to liquid malt extract.
Soak grains for 30 minutes at 165F. SQUEEZE.
