This recipe was supposed to be something else, but I made a mistake and added 5 lbs of Crystal 80 when I meant to add 5 lbs of RedX malt. Once I realized what I had done (when I drew off the wort after mashing), I decided to make a stout instead. This is my "mistake stout", or Mistout for short. It actually turned out awesome and I look forward to making this same mistake again!
