VLP 648 er den egentlige gjæren jeg tenker meg, men prøver med VLP 007.
Kjør standard mash
4.4l blir tatt opp av gjæren.
kjør 8L skylle vann x3 runder. første halvpart og de to neste kokes ned og tilsettes ved high cresant.
Tester en ny NEIPA med WLP 644.
Må senke bitterhet noe, senker chinook fra 20g til 15g? Test på neste batch.
