Intent is to do a reiterated mash to hit 1.100 OG or higher. Age for a bit in a barrel then bottle.

Pasteur Blanc and 95 g of table sugar was used by Mike for 5.5 gallons bottled, intend to use same yeast but adjust sugar down for revision ideas (he thought carbonation was too high) and volume I have on hand.
