Notes

This is probably right on for an NE style IPA. Mineral ratio seems right as well as hoppiness. For future ones I'd stick with Munich malt instead of Vienna to add a little more sweetness and body. Not sure how much the London Ale 3 vs. usual Windsor mattered.
