Notes
Molasses is actually date syrup (Silan 100% dates, made in Israel).
Dissolve in water without boiling - only boil the hops in 1L water.

Dry, hoppy, complex. Very good. Probably better to use Perle or other hops that aren't as citrusy as Citra.
