Cereal Mash
10oz 6 Row + Grits + 96 oz H2O
Heat to 160 Slowly, Hold for 15'
Heat to Boiling, Boil for 30 minutes, adding water as necessary.
Cover, add to main mash when temp falls to 150 (add H20 if necessary)

Mash Schedule
Strike grains with 3.31 gal of water at 159.3 °F.
Mash at 148 °F for 90 min.
Vorlauf and lauter 1.91 gal in your first runnings.
Add the necessary water to lauter 6.5Fgal of sparge water at 168 °F.
Vorlauf and lauter your second runnings.
Your combined runnings should be 6.5 gal.
