Add the biscuit malt and lactose for the the last 10 minutes of the boil.
Need 4g of yeast with no starter or 1 gram with a .25L starter using .8oz DME
Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, and steep strawberries in it for 15 minutes before adding to fermenter
