Notes

Grains: High Vienna percentage gives a biscuity profile. And the Crystal malt makes it a honey biscuit.

Hops: Azacca, Citra and Galaxy for late boil and dry hop give tropic fruit flavor/aroma. Think "tropical jam" on that honey biscuit. (Warrior and Centennial were left over from previous brews and only used to reach target IBU.)
*Don't skimp on the dry hops. This is where the magic happens.

Fermentation: Try the lower attenuating and somewhat floral Kölsch yeast to compliment the fruity hops.
Ideally, I would ferment at a lower temperature and slower. Alas, I live in Texas...

Conditioning/Kegging: Don't rush this one. Let it rest (cold) for a couple of weeks if you can.
