Brewed in honor of the 'stros winning their first world series.

The dry hops are essential here. Best to add them during cold conditioning (e.g., in the keg if you can) for a crips citrus flavor to balance out the buttery, dill Sorachi Ace flavor.

It arguably crosses over from American Wheat to modified APA with the late hops; but don't let categories hold you back. The best description I've gotten is, "strange and delicious."

And be patient to let the flavors balance. While not a big beer, the two hop varieties - being very different - need time to sort out their relationship.
