Notes
Steep Grains in 2 gallons of 160F water for 20 minutes. Remove without squeezing. Bring water to boil and add malt extracts. Bring to a boil, add bittering hops, and continue boiling for 60 minutes. Remove from heat, add finishing hops, and cover brewpot. Cool to 70F, then transfer to brew bucket. Add ~3 gallons of water to make 5 gallons total. Take O.G. reading, then pitch yeast. Transfer to secondary after 3-7 days, Clarify on secondary for 7 days or more, prime and bottle.
