Notes
Inspired by Hoyne's Helios Dortmunder Golden Lager, I asked Sean Hoyne for some grain bill, hop and yeast ideas for reproducing this. Although he gave me a list of ingredients, the measurements were sorely lacking so I've pretty much created to my liking. Since I don't have the facilities to lager properly, I decided to brew Cali Common style and cold crash.
