Notes
Modified to add grapefruit, blood orange and lemon zest peel at flame out. (numbers are in recipe - it was 2 grapefruits 1 blood orange and 1/2 lemon.
After 2 weeks of fermentation, check the flavor at dry hop addition time - if the grapefruit flavor is too weak - go with the peel additions at the same time as dry hop addition.
From brew365 calculations - strike water temp should be 163-166 IF GRAIN IS at 70 degrees - if not, recalculate.
UPDATE: at dry hop added 5.25 oz of grapefruit peel and the prescribed hop additions (5 days out from bottling).
