Notes

A twist on my usual hefe to try to address a "thin, pallid Hefe " with melanoidin at a cautious 3.2%.
Also will not be using a repitch of stored yeast, will use a fresh single smack pack sans starter as overpitches may produce a lifeless hefe.......
