Notes

The amounts of black peppercorns and grapefruit zest are going to wind up being mostly eyeballed amounts. Will consider adding grapefruit juice in secondary as an alternative.
-EDIT- Now that the recipe has been altered to match a 5-gallon batch, I will be much more precise with these measurements. Addtl'y, I'll be CRACKING THE PEPPERCORNS THIS TIME.

Flaked wheat to make up ~11% of the total malt bill for head formation and haziness.

I had formerly intended citra hops, rather than pacific jade, and may experiment with it at another time.
