Уточнявам, че количествата са за варка 40л
OG - 13.1P; FG 1,8P;
SRM - 4,7; IBU - 42
Bohemian Pilsner Malt - 6,5кг
Carapils - 2кг
Melanoidin - 0,3кг
Озахаряване:
65С - 45мин
72С - 10мин
76C промиване
Варене 90мин. Хмел:
Saaz FWH - 15g
Premiant - 90min - 55g
Saaz - 20 min - 45g
Saaz - 2min - 45g
Дрожди: Diamond Lager - 22g. С тях 4л стартер.
Ферментация на 12 градуса. На 7 ден при 3P затопляне до 17С за 48часа. Следва плавно сваляне на температурата с градус на ден до 2С и лагеруване за 6 седмици.
Бутилиране със 7гр. на литър захар + стартер на 24 часа от промити дрожди събрани след основната ферментация. На топло за поне една седмица. Добре е да има контролни бутилки пвц, защото газировката протича доста тегаво. Пак на студено този път около 6градуса за поне една седмица.
