Missed strike temp because milling that much grain is WORK! Doughed in at 179, but it actually worked out well. Mash at
161 degrees @60'
Stirred at 38' @159 degrees

Yield seems a bit over 5.5 gallons to fermenter
Transferred to bucket, sub 120 degrees. Placed in fermentation chamber set to 70 degrees.
