Notes
Mash at 150F for 60 minutes. Boil 60 minutes. Ferment at 68F until gravity is reached. Use microplane grater to remove zest from fresh grapefruit rinds (about 6 large grapefruits), without cutting into white pith, and add to finished beer (a hop screen or tea ball is recommended). Zest will be oily, but dont worry - oils should not affect foam retention. Add dry hops. Steep in fermenter at 68F for 7 days, then rack clear beer off solids and package.
