Notes

Mash Grains at 152F for 60 min. After sparge, add hops during the boil at specified intervals. Shut off burner and add steep additions; stir into hot wort and cover. Begin chill after 10 mins. Ferment at 68F for one week or until finished. Chill to 50F and dry hop for 1 week.
