My batch size was 10L. I split the bottling into 4 batches, 4L left undisturbed, 2L added 1/2 shot of cold brewed espresso, 4L added 9 drops of Vanilla extract, and 2L of that I added 1/2 shot of espresso.

My starting gravity was 1.045 and ending gravity was 1.006, and fermented at 18 C.
