10 days primary with grapefruit flesh and zest.
Use a bag, I did not and it was hard to keep the siphon going.
10 days in secondary with dry hops.
Carbonating to 2.7 volumes with corn sugar.
Taste prior to bottle conditioning: VERY hoppy, clearly... Still fairly smooth. Nose doesn't have the grapefruit intensity I was hoping for. A little piney. Would adjust hops to more citrus forward, or put grapefruit flesh and zest in the secondary.
