Notes
Grind whole coriander seed in a clean coffee burr grinder.
McCormick orange peel granules in boil.
Zest 6 to 7 tangelo oranges with a micro plane add 1 ounce vodka let soak 24 hours before brew day add in whirlpool or fermentor depending on desired intensity. Tangelos provide good flavor and aroma with reserved bitterness. Valencia oranges would be a alternative.
