Notes
Orange Zest:
Zest 2 ounces from outside of oranges making sure to avoid the acidic white inner layer of the peel.
Place into sanitized, sealable jar.
Add enough vodka to cover the orange zest in the jar.
Let sit for at least one week in refrigerator.
Remove lid and microwave jar and zest for 2-3 minutes
Place orange zest in sanitized stainless steel tea strainer and place at the bottom of sanitized keg.
Racked beer into keg and carboniate as desired.
