Notes

Poner 5 galones de agua a hervir. Puedes añadir la mitad de los extractos desde que el agua está a temperatura ambiente. La otra mitad de los extractos junto con la dextrosa se añaden faltando 15 minutos para terminar de hervir, de esta manera hay menos caramelización y queda más claro el wort. Fermentar por 5 días a 68 y al sexto día subir la temperatura a 72 grados. Dejar fermentar por dos semanas completas, los últimos 4 días de fermentación subir la temperatura a 75.
Embotellar con 6 oz de priming sugar o poner en keg.
