Notes
Using Denny Conn's method (with batch sparge) at 1.6 liters/pound of grain. Your sparge volume will be dictated on your first running. (Example: if you get 3.5 gallons of wort with first running, you will need 4 gallons of sparge water to achieve desired kettle volume of 7.5)
2 packs of US-05 Yeast or Wyeast 1056 (with starter)
